At Fleur

Formulation
Our formulation is unique- it meets the most important need of
your skin: that of self healing.
Ingredients such as Aloe Vera, Marigold, Avocado Oil and Papaya,
etc., act as supplements and attend to the other needs of your
skin, namely moisturising, softening, etc. The benefit for your
skin is that the self-healing process is maintained by the

Homoeopathic
Principle
Homoeopathy uses the principle of the small dose at
frequent intervals. The nature of the ingredients selected is
such that the skin offers a response which is beneficial to it,
in other words the skin reacts. This reaction leads to more
vitality. This effect however, wears off and needs to be repeated
if it is to be maintained. This applies to skin that is
deteriorating for health reasons as well as to the ageing
process. Skin deterioration thus is more health dependant than
age related.
People who utilise homoeopathic remedies regain their
health more so than what is commonly called a cure
thus being a function of remedy whilst regaining one' s
health, result of the body's response to disease.
Harmful
Suppressants
It has been mentioned more than once (of late) by skin
specialists and Doctors alike that a lot of creams on the marked
are actually more harmful than beneficial. As a Homoeopath I
couldn't agree more. Modern cosmetic philosophy expouses two main
concepts, namely
1. That the skin needs supplements for its good health, and
2. That the special additives have the ability to change or
improve your skin in some way.
Not only is this idea erroneous, but undesirable, because it sets
up a vicious cycle whereby the more you add to your skin the more
it becomes dependent on what's added to it. Leave alone the fact
that most of the ingredients used are chemicals.
The result is that the skin loses its natural ability to
regenerate itself and stay healthy. Some creams in fact speed up
the ageing process because unless a complete herb is used, which
has synergistic properties, the skin, which should be the
participant in its health, becomes inactive and eventually dies.
This so-called replacement method is therefore detrimental
because the ingredients act as a suppressant rather than
as stimulants.

Fleur
Sauvage is a 100% Herbal
Cream with added Avocado Oil, Carrot Oil, whole leaf Aloe Vera,
Paw Paw and others. This does away with the use of artificial
preservatives and antiseptics.
Whole leaf Aloe Vera has special advantages, namely that
experiments have demonstrated that the green outer part has
medicinal properties not found in the gel. The gel itself being
an excellent moisturiser.

herbs. Other herbs such as Calendula, which promotes healing and
at the same time is a good herbal antiseptic, promotes rapid
healing where skin is damaged through scratches, etc. Paw Paw, an
excellent skin softener, acts as a herbal antiseptic.
Because the skin is actually a reflection of what is going on in
the body, any herbal ingredient needs to have properties

today). We use only herbs, mostly organically grown, others are
wild crafted.

use an additional toner.

Any reaction that you may experience using Fleur Sauvage such as a rash is simply a skin reaction and is
actually beneficial. Should it be the case, refrain from using
the cream for a few days to allow for the reaction to settle.
Such a reaction usually happens but once. It is beneficial
